FOOD & WINE PAIRING WITH DOMAIN DERESKOU
It was organized with great success by the International Center of Mediterranean Gastronomy, CoinSep ETHOS Peloponnese, Mamellada and BASSAVIOLA a unique culinary evening with guest the leading Messinian winemaker Theodoros Deresco.

Welcome
Messinian welcome with olives, lilacs, olive pate, Chef's focaccia, chutney from the mamellada and pecorino from ¨Polyfimos¨.
First course
Veloute soup with celery root, yogurt quinelle and smoked paprika.
Second dish
Pasta fresca with tomato culis pesto.
Main dish
Breeze scallops with whiskey sauce and Niochori mashed potatoes.
Dessert
Tart with prickly pear jam, sable cream and poached pear.
